I have recently been toying around with AS2 on flash 8, and after enduring some stuff and reading some tutorials, i was able to get stuff like movie buttons to control the timeline, Custom cursors and even Dynamic Lighting (which as of now it's really scuffed, with the angle being slightly butchered and distancing being weird.)

that being said with the stuff i have learned and applied i could potentially make a sickest movie i could pull out, Maybe even making a henry stickmin game too if that is an option.

Don't get too excited however, learning this stuff is 1 thing, applying it is another story.
