That is unrealistic,
EVERYone and their grandma know the caco doesn't appear untill episode 3
and that tower of babel is way longer than that.

I remember seeing the original Thread, it's as good as i remember it to be,
shame it doesn't have the part where the demon lord asks her mother how did she even get fucked her father, but you can't have everything alright.
