So from what i've gathered:
Sanford nearly got enforced deal with the devil, but not entirely and resurrected according to the animation "Without dying" so now he's probably going to take a bigger role.
Deimos got "compensated"
Hank is Nowhere to be found.
and the auditor has probably lost more than his title and is now hunting for Doc's ass because he's sick of him reviving people.

also there's going to be a converging... of lines... i wonder what kind of lines..,
Edit: What if this is how they are going to canonize Project nexus... or they canonize how hank was in Xionic Madness 3 just for a cameo.

Edit: i want to say my 2 biggest reasons are mostly the Thing thing arena looks, the OC's that legit feel silly and over the top, the animation that feels like is a mix between bunny kill and Proxicide work from 2006 and 2008
